At Mancera Parfums, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via the portal or email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to Boutique
Send your return using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
